Based on discussions with different people, I am going to set up a new raiding schedule starting in September.

The new schedule will be a (Tuesday), Wednesday, (Thursday), Saturday schedule.

I will be signing up for and running the Wednesday/Saturday runs for progression. This group will try to focus on new bosses (i.e. finishing Ulduar-10 and starting ToC-10), and I will be looking to run with main characters/specs as often as possible. We will extend raid lockouts as needed to give us more time on the new bosses, and give us better chances to progress.

Tuesday/Thursday will be for a secondary/alt group, and will need to be run by someone else as I will be unable to attend regularly (although I will still put them on the calendar).

Between now and the end of the month, I will try to run as many ToC runs as possible to gear people up. Even after we switch to the new schedule, we will still fit in regular ToC runs for gear if people still need it. Remember - the gear from ToC is equivalent to Naxx-10/25 (from regular) and Ulduar-10 (from heroic), and there is gear for around 8 slots for each class/spec.

What good timing! I just found out that September looks okay for raid nights with the possible exception of Wednesday where I might be squeaking in or need to be on standby for later.

My raiding is going to be taking a painful turn. I am moving about a half hour further from my work and therefore will be later getting home. I wouldnt count on being able to log in until about 11p server. My nights off however...

With Tuesdays being good for heroics for several people, I will volunteer to lead a Thursday 10-man group for other stuff--Naxx, Maly, or Sarth. If someone knows Vault, we could do that.

Also I posted an addendum to the forum ad. I think we have a very good chance at two 10-man groups with very little overlap once everyone is back in September.

If we are a bit short, then I want to advertise again to fill in whatever we're missing. This dual spec stuff does make it interesting to recruit people.

This week's Tuesday raid will be the last regular Tuesday raid. Starting next week, we will be posting the raid as Wednesday.

Last week was kinda a fluke...several people had things happening Tuesday, so we moved to Wednesday for just the week.
